Challenge

The client’s design standard and corporate identity changed repeatedly while the basic and detailed designs were still being completed.

Solution

Asked the client to formally approve the final basic design before detailed design began, on an agreed timeline with no changes after approval. Design closed in 2025, and construction is now supervised periodically on behalf of the design team.
